Dianna found the transition into real estate appealing after sending her last child to school, seeing it as a career that would offer her the flexibility to stay involved in school activities while maintaining a flexible schedule. Initially, she perceived the role of a real estate agent to be highly adaptable, allowing her to set her own hours. However, she quickly realized that while there is some degree of flexibility, the demands of the job are largely dictated by clients' needs. Success in real estate requires a willingness to work around the clock, including weekends and evenings, and being readily available to answer phone calls and texts at any time. This dedication to responsiveness is a key factor that sets successful agents apart from others.
