After initially planning to transition from Aerotech directly into real estate, Rob Mager instead took a job with Stryker. He was eager and ambitious, building his business with high hopes. However, the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020 brought unexpected challenges, making him reevaluate his career. Despite Stryker's positive environment and great people, he realized it wasn't the right fit for him. This led Rob to revisit his passion for real estate. Although it seemed like a risky move, especially during a global pandemic and with a commission-based income, he felt a strong urge to make the switch, even if his wife thought it was a bit crazy.
